Rule 13
May designate businesses to which the Act does not apply
For the purpose of clause (b) of Section 11 of the Act, agricultural products produced by small farmers and agricultural cooperatives to which the Act is not applicable
The name of the business shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal on the recommendation of the Board by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
